Century-old Leprosy Drug for MS Consideration?

This article has a lot to say about science.

First, it's an interesting antibiotic (clofazimine) used to treat leprosy almost 100 years ago that might have some use in MS and other immune mediated diseases. Second, it's been around for a century and not a single pharma company ever bothered to look at it. And third, the entire paper is published in the wonderful open-access journal PLoS.
