Statins may not play nicely with Interferons

Statins are being looked at as a possible MS treatment. However, this small study concludes that combining statins with interferons may actually worsen MS.

Betaseron & 10mg of Lipitor worked for me for a very short time. When we discovered that my triglycerides had hit 1560, my internist yanked me off of Lipitor.
